This seems to be becoming slims corner

Heres the latest on my case.... i recieved another letter & another nip today heres some paragraphs from the letter what do you think ? ..........

on the date of the offence which is within the 14 day period you where not shown as the registerd keeper of the vehicle, we wrote to the registerd keeper who was recorded on the pnc & dvla records we therefore complied with the 14 day rule  (i'd sent the book off a month before)

on rechecking the pnc on sept 5th we found you held insurance against the bike, it was at that point we wrote to you ( i'd been insured a month by then)

We have now rechecked the pnc & you are not shown as the keeper covering the offence  (wtf funny how that can change)

In summary we did comply with the 14 day rule, i include a nip for you to complete nominating the the rider at the time of the offence, if you fail to do so you will be prosecuted for failing to nominate the rider ......

What the fuck the dates keep changing to suit themselves & i've already admitted i was riding :CUSS:

slim, its called anarchy mate :shakeno:

Its hard enough trying to work and earn to pay your way in this country without having to sort out the pigs fucking total incompetence isnt it ?

Go see a lawyer who specialises in this stuff, you can usually get a 1/2 free advise.

Or tell the pigs to fuck off and let them take you to court and show the judge what a bunch of fuckwits they are in your paperwork ?

These are all examples of why "Mr Loophole" makes a living, because the pigs are negligent in dealing with matters like these.

Yep...a NIP (Notice of intended prosecution) must be served within 2 weeks of the offence.
