Good luck with the yokes fella! I just wish I had the machine tools available now that I did when I was an apprentice. :cry:
If hitting it with a hammer doesn\'t work it\'s definitely an electrical problem.

Fuck.:CUSS::CUSS:
 Went to work this morning, started taking my measurements for putting the holes in then realised that the bandit hole centers may be different to the GSXR ones!:doh:

Supervisors back now so missed the boat.......:shakeno:

welcome to the world of bike building.

prepare to throw tools around

swear at your bike, your bleeding knuckles and suppliers that let you down or dick you over.

prepare to get fed up with it and think about flogging it...

leave it festerinmg in the dark for weeks....then to finally get motivated to do some more to it.

prepare to look at everyone elses bike, pictures on websites across the world and bikes parked in pub car parks...partly in awe, partly robbing ideas, but mainly seeing stuff that doesn't work for you and that picture of your finished bike that you carry around with you evry fucking minute of the day.

yep....tears and tantrums...

but, when you get that part....that bespoke built bit of ally....that set of wheels, that trick bit thru the post....and it all comes together...

its worth it.

for that specific moment as you naturally start to see something else you don't like and start modding all over again....its a drug....the bike will never be finished....

and you thought it was just gonna be a matter of fitting a new front end
