ended up going for a blast yesterday and ended up at matlock bath, had some food then thought i'd go for a blast down the cat and fiddle, fucking average speed cameras soon put a stop to that:mad:ended up turning round at the pub and found some other roads, fucking 50 mph limits everywhere:mad:over 300 mile i ended up doing, got home at about 1130pm with the bike coughing and spluttering:mad:fucking thing, was a good ride though even if it cost me ?60 in petrol:shock:this camera is ferking shit, cant get a decent shot on it

the only time i nearly crashed was doing 45/50mph on the cat & fiddle cos it felt so slow i started to look around at the scenery and nearly went off road, wont be going again, too dangerous now the limits lowered, fucking cunts

Don't start me on the cost of petrol either. Had 75 miles on the trip just now so I filled up before I went for a run and managed to put ?15 in:freaked:

aren't average speed cameras front facing?  therefore don't work on bikes?

haven't been up the fiddle so I don't know which cams they are running

only rode upto the cat and fiddle pub from matlock so didnt do that much of it, some bits did remind me of the tt mountain course though, the cameras are the new rear facing ones, boooo

ya need a plate flipper then matey.  or ive heard the irish bikers put their tax disc on the number plate holder so its easily visible by any police cars that wish to follow them, but they have a habit of slipping down and covering half of the numbers on your plate :wink:...
