oh well a few of you may remember from a few weeks ago the slingshot got turned over by someone, after a couple of weeks sourcing parts etc and waiting for a dry weekend i managed to get a few hours on her over the weekend. she'd been stripped down about a fortnight ago so this week was basicly just bolting shit on and getting jiggy with the ampmetre sorting out wiring etc.
please remember this is a bare bones build just to get me back on the roads. the look is supposed to be nineties fighter however i'll let you lot decide if its a fighter or not(i know its a much discussed topic)

still to do ; bleed front brakes, finish off some brackets, wrap the loom and heat shrink feeds to lights indicators etc finish stripping the front wheel, maybe paint engine and try and hide the clutch cable if possible.:nodyes:
so i better shut the fuck up and plonk up a few photo's for you guys eh:big grin: please please tell me what you think as a little feedback goes a long long way.

only colour i had i'm afraid:shakeno: everything is clearly marked under the tank though so no big deal really, especialy as i'm the one working on it so i know whats wired to what. (he says scratching his head) indicator wires are too thick anyway and only wired up for testing, proper wire will be sourced over the week.:nodyes:

oh well, havent updated this thread for ages, (probably because i havent done much too it for ages) just ridden it really.
anyway, went in for its MOT a few months back, changed the fork seals before it went in, but the forks were well passed their sell by date, so i planned to sort them during the winter. over the last couple of months i've just bought bits and pieces as i've seen them and if money allowing. the pile got too big so i sorted it all out, i had gsxr 750wn forks, gsxr k8 rear shock, wavy rear disc, powercronze bellypan, bark busters, shock socks and filters plugs oil etc too. I painted it up and bolted it on over the weekend.
i hate not havin a garage
