husky 610 oil question

my mate has a husky sm 610 r 2000
cant find any info on how much oil goes in the engine .
anybody a thought ?

The manual says 1500cc for competition use, and 1700cc for "normal" use.

I thought it took a litre but it needs more.

*From the net - If you don't want to measure, then there's also a screw on the clutch cover (same side as the oil filler) you can remove to check the oil. It should be obvious what it's for. Just remove the screw and add oil until it starts to run out and voila, you have enough oil.
