Where can i find?....

Hi There

I'm hoping some of you ZXR pro's out there could point in the right direction.

I'm looking to locate somewhere where i can purchase a Head Gasket for my ZXR400 (L2 engine)?

If anyone could help me i'd greatly appreciate it.

I read this sort of question all the time.

Where do you think you'd buy a part for a Kawasaki ?

Like is it so difficult to think that maybe a Kawasaki dealer would sell Kawasaki parts ??

I gave them a ring and the prices seem very reasonable, will be ordering this evening.

@ cargo - appreciate the criticism, but if you give it a google you'll find it's easier said than done locating somewhere to purchase one.
Plenty non UK based, but i'd rather stay local.

I appreciate that you're trying to help but i simply recall having tried the kawasaki site once before and i just remember it being difficult finding links to parts for the zxr400, they're littered too heavily with info on buying new bikes and parts for more current models.

I've never heard of a major manufacturer that sells or lists parts from their online website..................my point is thast those same manufacturers and their dealers DO sell those parts......................for the bikes they make it's just a fact.

So go to a Kawasaki dealer who will either have the part you need in stock or will order it for you................finding a Kawasaki dealer is simple if you use the link I posted....................................

For a Kawasaki part go to a Kawasaki dealer.............. simples..................

Alls good now i have the number for Cradley, they appear that they'd be in possesion of any part i might ever need. At good prices too.

Changing subject now...
Very soon i will have many parts from my other ZXR400 to sell (as i have taken the engine from it for my L5 model), am i likely to have more luck selling them on this website or selling them on eBay?

happy for you to sell on here. Some people give refusal here and if they dont sell here then ebay them. But at the end of the day its up to you where you sell

Cradley are the best I wouldn't buy my parts from anywhere else.

Top tip if your selling engine parts put a high price on the generator cover rare as rocking horse poo apparently
