Hi,
A friend of a friend of a friend of a friend is selling his ZXR400 on ebay, basically its been confirmed that the frame has been bent at the head stock following a crash he had on the bike. This explains why the wheel alignment is out. The seller knows this, however he isn't divulging the information to potential buyers. Call me a cnut for letting the cat out of the bag but I'd hate to see a ZXR400 forum being caught out thinking they're getting a cheap doer upper.

Re: ZXR400 on Ebay Warning!!!!
well i have just gone on and outright asked the seller whether there is any frame damage or headstock to account for the incorrect wheel alignment. we'll see what he comes back with.
These things are sent to try us!!

This should be in General, really!
I don't know why people do this on Ebay. If you tell the truth someone will still buy it, whatever's wrong with it...

his response
Hi Martin
Since I have owned it I have not crashed it,
however it has been dropped from standing a few
times, and has been knocked over when some idiot
reversed into it whilst parked. Both the frame and
headstock look fine to me - there is a very small
dent on the right hand side of the frame, but this
is so small it doesn't show up in the pictures.
when I bought it about a year ago it had a current
MOT. I would recommend viewing before bidding!
Cheers Jamie

Puh-rick.
I'm under no obligation to be polite, simply because he's anyone's mate. That's a royal dickhead thing to do.
Good shout on the warning post, tbh.
