F@ck me... Me and my brother decided to have a go at the 5 Dales circuit yesterday. And now i hurt :smt010

It's actually a fantastic ride once you get past the MASSIVE uphill sections at the beginning (and not being able to walk the next day) with some of the best single track i've ridden in a while and some quality descents over pretty technical terrain. If anyones interested I have the map saved on the computer but it's too big to upload
