i think TTS still do them, about 440 quid if memory serves me.

Well they do the pistons anyhow, but they will rebore for you.

I don't know why I even bother to reply to you given your nasty attitude towards me..............................however why rebore it and have all that cost of a new piston and rings

A LT50 will respond well to a skim on the head to lift the compression a much easier and cheaper option...................and don't forget to remove the ballast weights at the front axle that will give it lots more go

lets call a truce lol,
ive removed the exhaust and inlet restrictors, removed the first pilot jet, performance exhausts are silly money so im thinking of gettin a secone hand performance one off any 50-125 and putting the end can on the quad,im going to skim the head , and drill some holes in the airbox but was thinking of reboring it anyway as i will have it apart and i dont think it will be costly, piston kits are about 20 quid plus a rebore on top, mayaswell do it once properly then i know its going to last a while,
i dont really want to remove the weights as my son hasnt yet got the hang of riding it yet so a lot of the time i ride it with him on the front of the seat, so with me on the back its likely to have a major effect on the steering
before anyone asks why i want to make it faster when he cant ride it , its because with me on it ,it really struggles up small slopes/hills and at times i have to get off and push it lol

thanks for that baz, there on ebay too for about 20 squid but would they all be of the same quality?
probably not, sometimes it worth spending the extra few quid, rathere than be tight and and costing a lot more in the long run!
