Cheers for the offer matey,
When removing the inner fork, the inner bush was slipping under the outer bush locking everything in place....
Me, Pete and Nick had a fork lift holing down a work bench with the outer sleeve held in place and a roof crane that lifts 8T easy trying to pull the fukkas apart.
It didnt work so i weighed up what i have in spares and realised i have 2 outer sleeves in the garage and told pete to "cut the bitch"
He winced, shed a tear at cutting into a £400 bit of metal and got the angle grinder on it.
Thank god i had 2 sets of full forks in the garage.....

I got very frustrated with a brake caliper once...................many years ago.
It just would not come apart I took a sledgehammer to it and smashed it to a pulp.
Felt good for about 10 seconds.......................I had a bike but no brakessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss LOL
I have the photo somewhere

If you dont already work in the offshore drilling business then with that sort of innovation and "use a bigger hammer" mentality i'm sure I can get you a start!!!!!!!!!!!!!
