Today was the first time since I have owned my beautiful ZXR400 (November) that i have had the opportunity to give it a proper ride, due to weather mainly.

My mom thought it was opportune to take some photos of the occassion so i thought I would stick them up for ridicule!

The bike was absolutely fantastic and rode like a dream! After learning to ride on an ER5 the power was just immense, especially when the engine hit 9,000 rpm, it just took off! It's so much easier to ride in everyway and even though i am 6' 1", was very comfortable.

Can't wait for my next ride

I can't remember which 500 I took my test on now, but I do remember jumping on the 400 and opening it up for the first time and thinking "Fk me this is a fair bit faster!!"
