Have a rolling chassis off a zxr4 G model 88 less the fairings, its been in my shed for over 2 yrs i know they are a bit scarce, have the engine which still turns over nicely, and seat unit

Is it true the cams in the G engine are of a similar but less aggressive grind to the Sp model?

Would these cams drop straight into one of my L models ?

Are wheels a direct swap?

Not sure what to do with the remains of this bike ya see :smt017

cams are meant to be better than later ones but exactly how in terms of lift/duration i dont know

wheels dont fit anything.., although i have previously fitted H model front and rear ends to a G frame, both as a roadbike, and as a racebike.. but you need to swap everything - yoke's, forks, swingarm etc, then sleeve the swingarm pivot and have a lug welded onto the frame for the front end of the brake arm

Hi Zimm, Do you have a picture of where the lug has to be welded to frame for the brake arm, also what do you mean by sleeve the pivot.
I am going to be fitting H back end onto my ZX4 soon.

Thanks.
