new piston rings and bearings?

Im over here in the U.S. and looking to rebuild a engine that I will be purchasing from the U.K. that is running but has 45.000 miles on it. Im looking for new rings and a bearing kit but cant seem to find any online. Are they still available? I already have a head and base gasket set. I want to tighten it up before putting it on the road and avoid throwing a piston through the side of the case. Already have one motor that is toasted and its hard and expensive for anything ZXR to be shipped here. Thanks for the help!! Chad
