Saw these in a fast bike magazine the other day and looked them up. They look fantastic and sound super safe.
Anyone on here had any experience with these? Would you recommend them?

I've dreamed of a set of these for ages now, am a woose and my whole body's covered in plating. Just need some handroids to finish off my bionic armour look

. Personally never tried them but deffinately want them. Sports bike shop have them on sale ATM
The one thing I would check before buying Is the sizing. Am a goalkeeper and tried out several sells, addidas, Reuch and uhlsport spined gloves and the spines dramatically altered the size gloves I needed I would usually be a size 10 but even size elevens with spines were tight and restrictive. Dunno if it will be the same for bike gloves but the frames might restrict movement if not the right size.

Yeah they are pretty tasty! I'm looking at replacing all my Noob gear that I bought to get me through my test. First things first and that is getting rid of my thermal trousers and getting some kevlar armoured jeans and a nice set of boots.
I have a lot of cheaper gear that got me through my test and got me going etc but now I realise I look a bit silly and it's far to hot in the gear I own.
Bit clueless when it comes to bike gear though, all I know is alpinestar looks cool but costs a bomb!
The weird thing is though my biggest fear from if I had a crash would be wrecking my hands or fingers. So gloves and lid seem to be my priority when it comes to money spent. Weird I know.

My old £40 quid fitted better than a £200 lid.
My current £70 lid fits better than the much more expensive lids.
The fit is the most important thing when it come to a lid.

Yeah I guess fitment is both safe and comfy.
The lid I have atm is a cheap £50 Oxide raptor. They are a British company and it has the pump up cheeks. So you can fit it to your face and it's quite cushioned! I like lids quite tight on my cheeks as it makes me feel that bit safe.
Only thing is if you forget to deflate before pulling it off your head, you almost pull your head off too!
Only annoying thing is can I find a tinted visor for it? Can I bugger most shops only have the more expensive helmet brand visors. Or they say give them the kite(?) number which is like a C number serial code on the visor or lid but mine doesn't seem to have one.
So new lid it is! Lol
