Hello folks, possibly need to take the 400 on a fair ride , Belfast to 'boro' , and was wondering if anyone has any ideas or tips on how to make the bike abit more comfy for the ride, gel pad seat? That sort of thing

Get padded underwear, I'm gonna look at re-covering and repadding my seat at some point to see if its more comfy over longer distances. I find that the bike kills my wrists long before it kills my are on mine...
