ZXR400 Jap question

Post by R P Corse »

just wanting to know if Japan still produce ZXR400's? seein that the 400 market bikes is quite high i would think that they do - correct me if im wrong.

if so is there any point on gettin it on an import?

Hmmm interesting question, no idea if they still sell them in Japan. If they do they are bound to be the same as whats already here, just newer as they never made any changes to the bike itself.

I dont think the 400 market is that high, certainly not what it used to be back in the 90's, if it were that high you would probably see alot more in the shops new and the ZXR would have had some serious updates too.

think you will find the laws in japan allow the previous 400 users to use 600cc bikes hence the reason a lot of the 400s have ceased production.

I heard that you wernt allowed one of the new style plates that made your car newer than what it already is? Is that rubbish?
