OK guys if you want to go to the IOM and take your bike here is a link for the ferry

http://www.steam-packet.com/SteamPacket ... w/Book-Now

If your happy to not have your bike you can fly to the IOM from the following UK airports

Belfast City
Belfast International
Birmingham
Blackpool
Bournemouth
Bristol
Dublin
East Midlands
Edinburgh
Glasgow
Guernsey
Leeds Bradford
Liverpool
London City
London Gatwick
Manchester
Newcastle
Southampton

Now Rene what makes you think you cant race on the IOM all you need is a national road race licence and also you will need to quailfy for a TT course licence and you can race on the TT course at the Manx GP races held on the same course as the TT every August. There is even a race for newcomers. Ive been doing it for ten years. If you really serious about wanting to race there I'd be happy to help. You can even get help with trips over to learn the course with experts to guide you just ask and I'll do all I can

If you missed out on going to the TT races thne get booked for the Manx GP it's much quiter and the roads are great especially the TT course itself open to all every day to enjoy. It is just a public road 99% of the time
I'll be there myself in August practise starts on 18th August for a week and racing is the week after. You'll see every kind of racing bike from 125s right up to !000cc twins including classics and modern bike and a good few ZXR400s

raceing is one of them things that i've been wanting to get back into for years. I used to race karts when i was younger (from about 8 to 16) when due to money i had to give up. Im now starting to look at bikes abit more closely (supriseingly cheaper than kart raceing at the budget level). Think im going to get a few more track days done on my 750.

Havent a clue what legue id go into 400 class is far to competative so im told :smt017

I'll have a word with some firends about the Manx GP would be nice to go over and see it in action!
