Hi All

Looking to get some new kit & got the idea of ebay from another members post earlier in the week.
Trouble is, I'm a bit scepical about buying kit from ebay.
However, while trawling through, I came accross this site & quite fancy some kit to match my bike http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Hawk-Racing-Ge ... 2QQfrsrcZ1
Does anyone have any experience of this seller?
Price seems a little too cheap to me, what do you think about the quality?
Depending on feedback, I might go ahead & get a jacket to start with, if I do, I'll let you know.
Regards.

I would stay away from manufacturer branded kit on fleabay mate.

Its nearly all knock off or unofficial repro.

Better off buying a recognized name brand used if you want kit.

RST, Spyke, Dainese, A*'s all very good, often less than half price.

Its not CE approved, but cheap all the same.

I have had the race boots, MR2.

They have been replaced with A*'s Supertech.

I like my feet attached to my body.

I still use them in rain/winter tho.

On my ZZR or Vespa I will dress in casual clothes with regular gloves, jeans etc.

But on a sportsbike, I always wear proper kit.

Also, the old proverb applies: Buy cheap, buy twice.

I have cupboards full of leather jackets, pants, cordura, gloves etc.

All worn for a season then replaced with something better.

If I had just bought a £500 jacket in the first place and kept using it I'd have saved money probably .. ;)
