An (ex) mate of mine has been all over Europe on his, two up. No problems whatsoever.
I have done 300 miles + days on them.
Absolutely rock steady, very reliable bike.

make sure you do the obvious stuff like tyre pressures, fluid levels, chain adjusted and lubed.
beyond that, don't worry about the bike. it will keep rolling a lot longer than you do!

varied mate we went out with a local riding school all round the welsh valleys believe me it was varied revving, would have been better on a crosser

but there and back we were out for 8 hours approx, that includes stopping for lunch, it was a tiring day and it was a steady ride as the group included newcomers to biking too so we all had to compromise.
