LOL thought you'd try and pass them off as being black and white deliberately just to be more Arty!

It was a damn good day, though - great to see the ZXR400 is still totally dominant on track!

mmmmmmmmm wonder why this guy is soo chuffed, might have something to do with him winning the race........on a zxr400 !!!
if you can't hack the comments rob then find another forum
oH and as you don't have much positive to say about the zxr400 anymore i guess you'll be donating that engine/seat/subframe and all your other zxr400 spares you have to our zxrworld biker build?? i mean you're not going to use m to race now are you??

It also should be said that he won that one by over a third of a lap in what was about an 8 lap race at most!

Just like the one in the race before with the underseat exhausts!

and a bit more picture whoring. not a ZXR, but our very own
Ballsout Racing
The "kerb" at the hairpin is quite scary!

and to finish the picture whoring (and post whoring in fact since this brings me into four figures

 )
here's some more hairpin action, with my work mate Dave (on the RVF) making up for his poor choice of bike

with talent and sticking it to the ZXRs (he finished 5th in both races)

what the frig u ppl do my head in, i dont do comments on whatever bike is the best, toad i own a 636 and i dont think its the best i just say its a nice ride with a bit of poke, im an open minded person its the whole someones is always harder than u saying, the zxr400 is a great track bike that ive always maintained, ive watched superbikes race at mallory and thats when you see ridiculus speed,
that zxr must corner well, that pic there i think second pic is where poor Rea on the blade binned it trying to take haslam but wide and into the wall, he got up and was fine, damn i like this track britain has some good racing circuits !

I'm actually pretty horrified at the moment to find that a hell of a lot of racers didn't even bother to turn up because many people seem to HATE Mallory Park this year!
The main comment seems to be that the new chicane off Gerrards means the track is just chicanes and a hairpin - a long way from the very fast flowing track it used to be.
Watching it, that first hairpin does seem to take the piss, making everyone bunch up. Also, out of around 6 offs on the day, 4 of them were there! One resulted in a rider lay on the track for around 30 mins before they even got him into the ambulance!
I'm very concerned that Mallory Park is making a huuuuuge fk up - and ear in mind this has been my absolute favourite UK circuit since I was 5!

Let's hope they sort it out for next season so it's as enjoyable for the racers as it has always been for the spectators...

it is where Jonathan Rae crashed in the superbike race. I'd draw the line at saying "poor Rae" since imo it was a completely daft move with zero chance of success...he would have got back past haslam by the end of the race, just not there.

Just after we arrived we stood watching by there, and I saw an overtake actaully through that chicane!!!

I think it's was either the Powerbikes or the 600's...
Never seen it done before, but admittedly it did look a leeeeeeetle bit close....

i saw a couple of overtakes through there. it's tight but possible if you are in the right place to start with.
