				NEW MEMBER LOOKING FOR A ZXR400

				HI everyone just found the site and it looks superb 

 I am after a ZXR400 as a first bike I have a budget of around £1200 could I get a decent first bike with this ? and which model could I get  I.E  H, L1 or L2 ?

				hi, welcome to the site, glad you like it, you should be able to get a nice L model for £1200, L1-L4 maybe newer, check out the sales section and ebay.

				should be able to get somthing quite nice for that! like others have said if you hold on till proper whinter then the market becomes alot cheaper!

				just because its that little bit better than the others dont think you wont get completly killed on tack/road the diffrence bettween bikes is so small only the top riders will ever be able to get the most out of them to tell

thanks, will keep a look out 

 that one above is in londnn whihc is a bit far away for me but looks decent, I want the classic kawasaki colours aswell 

 is mileage a problem on the ZXR ?  also what needs changing and when i.e chains, sprockets, fork / brake seals, carb cleaning / rebalancing etc etc

. to be fair i got it cos i know its best on controll but im lovin the fact that ill be able to spank my m8 on his GSXR k6 its gona be great. im not gona tell him iv got it either just go meet him lol. apparently its alot lighter better engine complete revamp of the bike, i didnt realise till i just read it up so thats cool.
