what's it worth

OK guys Here's a little gem I've been working on.............
It a L9 registered in 2003 with 12K miles it taxed to August and MOTd untill October.
It's as clean and fresh as ZXR as you'll find anywhere.
It sold last year out of a dealer for £3300
I plan to sell it but...............when I bought it came with a very much blown up engine it had a broken conrod and it had tried to throw the rod out the front on the cases the barrel was a write off as were the cases. Quite why it did that i don't know nor do I know exactly what started it the rod was in 3 pieces and had pulled right out of the piston. The piston was not siezed in the barrel. Isuspect it touched a valve and that started a chain of events.
Anyway I've fixed it.............. it needed some cases I had some
It needed a barrel.................. I had one
it needed a rod and piston I had a choice of 4
It needed 4 valves I had dozens..............

The engine was built by me it has new gaskets everywhere including the head
The valves clearances are done and it sounds very sweet.
I would want to seel it with out tell all that so now you all know.......question is would anyone want it frankly I don't care because come July I'll just trade it in for a new 600................I will need a new 600 for the Manx GP so it's no big deal.
However I have another non runner that is in England that i can get at a very good price it's a 2001 one should be an easy fix so if someone wanted this one maybe we could do a deal?
Also as I am in NO rush either to sell this one or buy the next it might just be reasonable to book a cheap day return flight to come and see it. You can flight here on Ryanair for less than the price of a night in the pub. So think about it
