AGV ti-tech evo helmet

Post by kermit the frog »

wow recently bought this helmet and it is phenomenal. its so comfortable and light is umberleivable and the colours are great too. my only complaint would be how noisy it is i advise ear plugs as the wind echos through the helmet.

got the same lid and agree 100% super light but noisy as!

also the way you change visors could be improved..

yh defo, it is a bit fiddly. av you gt a black visor n how much did u pay for it, i want one bad.

i also like the way it comes with three tear off strips. cant wait to use them on a decent ride out.

do you not what the little cotten flap is for that comes in the box, i cnt seen to place it newhere in the helmet - im comletely stumped! :smt017

for cleaning the visor? i didnt get a box with mine was ex demo in a honda dealership and cost £90 from £390 in a closing down sale.

Needless to say i took there hand off! Do you ride all year round? My mate used to use tear-offs but he said in the rain water can sometimes get bettween them what would be f'in annoying!

its not in that high of state of tune (had a little play) but i just found i was getting out braked on the track all the time, plus the standard calipers were 14 odd years old and never been looked after so it was time for a chanage. Brakes and suspention mods will knock more time off your laps than engine mods so its well worth the money

sounds good.

have you noticed any scratches onyour visor from where it rubs on the rubbery plastic strip when the visors closed, mostly on the right hand side. I think i mite be giving the shop a ring 2mos.

yh the rubber one (hard rubber) i took it back to the shop and the visor holders where the visor is clipped in can be moved slightly forward or backward, mine was too far forward so it was rubbing. Gettin me black visor this weekend!!! hurray

for anyone who has this visor problem -

take off the visor and loosen the screws on visor holders, move the holders as far forward as possible, make sure they are both in the same position, tighten it back up and replace the visor.
