ive got my work cut out tho got to get some kind of base down and diggig out and concrete are out of the question just not really possable so iam gonner have to slab it but iam looking forward to spending many a wet cold day in there its the first time ive ever had any where to work on a bike iam thinking allready might end up doing a full strip down and powder coating the frame and swing arm and cleaning engine kev

sound that dude, get some heater in there and move in!
i would get yourself a roll of damp proof membrane, and a ton bag of sand to level the floor.lip the dmp up the inside of the frame work, then put your slabs down on the inside. should stay nice and dry then.

you talkin bout freecycle mate? my old man had one of them metal garages years ago, they are ok until a gale force wind rips em apart, the roof leaks like mad and caves in when its covered in snow. but will keep you dry in the summer.

I had one of them, a smaller size but the same thing, it was rusty in a year and regularly would move about with the wind, i woke one evening to see it bouncing around on the floor, suffice to say it was rather bent and suitable for the dustbin after that.

My opinion is a wooden shed is better, or how bout the plastic version.

its gonner get bolted to the ground so i cant see it blowing away and iam not worried about the 1inch of slush i mean snow we get a year it wont even get chance to settle on the roof coz ill be in there with the gas fire on happy days

oh and if it is rusty with in a year ill be taking advantage of the 10 year warranty

good sheds them mate, we got one in our garden been there for years no problem as long as you lie it on a sound base it will be ok. however if you have problems with thievin c**ts by you it may pay to secure the roof better cos they can easily be ripped off.
