Air box

Hi i was in need of some bungy thingys that belong on top of the air box soooooo i looked and i looked and i found and won this complete airbox on ebay for 20 squid ,I plan to use the whole thing as it in better nick than mine.Now my question is am i better of putting my standard air filter in it or would the k&n filter that came with it be alright ?????????????????

Racers go for the standard air filter, apparently its as good as a k&n :)

i'm gona take carbs of on sat rob will it doe ne damage if i leave them of the bike with the bike being outside..for like a week?

should be ok as long as no water or damp gets in the engine, get some carrier bags and put them over the inlet rubbers and then put a elastic band or something round the rubbers to seal it if you get what i mean, should stop the damp getting in and also any dirt that may blow in or fall in

we married now mate so she does no rubbing what so ever vsad besides i'd rather sleep with me carbs more holes to poke fun at biggrin
