Doctor tells me i CANT work for 3 months minium. So i put a claim in for this new "Employment and support alowance", That gets refused because i was on the sick for 2 months in the past 112 weeks.

ok so they put me throught to incapacity benifits. Get a new letter my claim has been refused due to ' you have not paid enought NI contributions in any one of the 3 tax years that count for this incapacity benifit claim. these years that start on 6th april 02 , and end on 5th april 06.

WHAT the f*ck i was in school, ofcourse i havent but i have paid full Ni since july 06 .

So iring them upa nd bla bla bla . yes you dont qualify for this or that but you do qualify for £36.67 a week because your 19 . if you where 21 you could get £60 a week.

YEAH f**king awome £36.67 a week f**king amazing i pay that much tax in 2 days when i was working. how the f**k do you live on £36 a week? i pay my dad rent but cant claim housing benifits becaue " its family and as far as they are concernd you dont pay family rent" WTF so when i have been on £350 -450 a week i'm not supose to contribute to the upkeep of the house? So now im at home on the sick using an extra £10-15 a week electricty with the pc and tv etc. got to pay my phone bill, internet , bike inshurance all on £36.67 a week are they having a fuckign laught? i cant even afford to give my dad £10 a week towards the electricity let alone towards food etc.

Well conclusion f**k what the doctor says im going back to work next month after my scan

OR even better im goign to put a f**king turban on my head and go down the job centre and pretend to eb an illegall imigrant and get shitloads of cash with no national inshurance contributions what so ever and a fully furnished house.

Sounds like you're another victim of British society - everyone is tied into contracts and paying back credit etc. I never buy anything I can't get with cash up front if I can possibly avoid it, and would never sign any contract for over 12 months.

Citizens Advice should be your friend if you need to get contracts cancelled - but first try calling up the companies and see what they can do for you. Chances are they won't want to lose your business, so might reduce what you're paying if you say it's that or you're cancelling. That's assuming you can and want to cancel anything you're locked into.

I should look closer at the benefits, too - maybe CAB again. Not sure if anything could be changed there because as you say you haven't paid 'enough' into the kitty. I know people who've never worked a -ing day and still get full payments, though.

Any chance of you getting pregnant?

Good luck!

If you haven't made enough NIC contributions for one year, you can always make voluntary contributions to make up the shortfall. Dont know how much it would be, and have no idea what sort of money you would be entitled to on incapacity benefit. But it may be worth looking at.

Are you not entitled to any form of sick pay through work?
