What oil do ZXR's take?

I'm giving my bike another oil change before my track day next week just about to go to Halfrauds but I cant remember what oil it takes and my manual is on a disc in the garage somewhere!.. What do they take?.. I no it's 3l with the filter empty.. but is it 10W40 or what? haha Thanks, Tom.
