Re: Show me power
I was nosing round the racing forum, and if i get the stuff, i can do it myself. Considering modding this http://tyga-performance.com/site/produc ... ts_id=1528 or possibly an nsr500 aftermarket kit. Thoughts? I know what exactly im going to do to the vfr, but i have no clear idea on the L9's direction and as i can only afford one at a time, might research the ninja's potential avenues and focus on the vfr. Don't get me wrong, as and when stuff appears for the ninja, it'll be snapped up. That or I could run the 2 projects together, but will need a road bike to get me about-any recommendations? I don't want a babyblade (it'd only turn into another modernisation and tuning project ) but a little unsure of a gsxr400 and fzr400's ability to last through british winters.....

Think zx9r wheels are going on plus front forks if its a straight drop but will the front fairings be affected? And by front end, does he mean forks, wheels, discs, calipers, steering stem, yokes, clip ons and brake lines or just wheels and forks and discs?

Re: Show me power
You'd probably have to get written into someones will who owns a set. And it would then be cheaper to hire a hitman to make the will come into effect than having to buy them outright.Big Hoddie wrote:Nope. Where can i get some?
Seriously though they're about as common as rocking horse toad and cost about 600 quid

Re: Show me power
Will just fit ramair box, yoshi or blue stacks and maybe bellmouths and either a beet exhaust or scorpion system with some nice downpipes, just not sure which one's the best value for money...?

Oh no, not saying Im gonna get the carbs, just was supposed to be a quip about the price ahahaha. I've already worked out that I'm better off buying blue stacks for the normal carbs or the yoshimura ones, as the bikes primary purpose is a fast road bike that can do the occasional track stint
