Hey all. Just bought my gerl a 1992 ZXR 400 and what a bike. It has had the exaust can opened up (so I'm told) and it has a hesitation at about 7000 - 10,000 rpm under full throttle. It feels to me that it is leaning out. Would this be correct? If so I notice that the needles are not adjustable so how is the mixture adjusted??

Any help would be appreciated as I dont want to ride it until it is fixed.

I have heard from a few people that there it a flat spot in the revs around that area, you could try Dynojetting it to iron it out, but that is all the tech nknow how I can offer :/ Hope you get it sorted.

when i put my race system on it got a well bad flotspot. dynojets sorted it straight away

some say they are bad but imo thats bolx
