yes and no.
the mounting is the same, but some models come with a 30mm venturi as opposed to a 32mm venturi.
the 30mm will give you better midrange, the 32mm will give you better top end.
you will also need to get the correct airbox and/or attachment plate. the H uses trumpets inside the airbox, on the L the trumpets are attached to the carb then the airbox fits over the top.
edit, its easier to fit H to L than it is to fit L to H. remove your trumpets from the old L carbs, fit these to the new H carbs and fit your airbox.
