Hi im from philippines, i really need your help guys. If there are possibility to repair our valve diaphragm, or alternative rubber to replace the rubber only. Hope someone can help me.

You need to provide more details of the "diaphragm" so that we can understand what item it is. Is it in the carburettor, fuel pump...?
On the HOME page of the zxrworld website there is a section: "microfiche". Press that and then again on the H model. Then look at the exploded diagrams for your item to give us more information. Note that you have an H2, and this set if for an H1, but it should still be sufficient to provide more information.

do you mean the valve stem seals in the cylinder head?

i uploaded some picture. Based on the microfliche the code is 16126. I checked price tag at kawasaki parts and wow very expensive. 180 USdollars.

For temporary; my mechanic applied some flexible tape on it. for now the my bike still running. I really need your help guys. if there are suggestion or opinion regarding alternative way or alternate parts that can apply to my zxr 400 h2. thank you very much

Basically most keihin cvk parts will fit each other. Just check which models have those cvk as carbs and try to get some repair stuff there, maybe even a used but working carburetor. You can get them for less then 100£ on eBay in very good conditions
