pilot needle tip

pilot needle tip

Has anyone had the problem of the pilot needle tip broken inside the carb?
just taken them out to clean them and i've found one of them has broken inside and i dont know how to get it out....

Hmm that's a tricky one, can't really tell much from the picture! Worst comes worse a replacement is available from Cradley's:

Part number: 130911800

£14.29 (it says minimum order 4, but if you call Cradley's, they normally allow you to order just the one.)

thanks for the answer, but its the pilot jet not the main jet......going to have a go tommorrow with a couple of ideas...

soaked it overnight in wd40 then got some compresses air and it came out .after some advice from mr Banner
