Coolant leak please help me!!!

to cut a long story short, had a quick blast around the lanes.. pulled over for petrol and noticed that greenish liquid (coolant) was dripping from the bottom of my engine, luckily iv got my fairings off atm so i could see straight away where it was leaking from, its leaking from the bit which looks like a small pencil shaped tube on the back of the waterpump which connects to the engine, the leak itself is between the start of the waterpump and the engine,
is there any way of fixing this cheaply?
iv been quoted £160 for a new water pump as apparently kawasaki dont sell a seal kit for a water pump so the shop says..
i dont want to pay that for a new water pump as you probably realise lol
so i either want to know if i can put some sort of sealant around it to stop the leak..
if anyone has a working 2nd hand waterpump cheap? (if its the waterpump thats broke?)
or if anywhere actually sells a seal kit for a reasonable price? (once again if its the waterpump at fault)
any help would be much appreciated
thanks, Jay
