Radiator leak

Was riding and noticed steam/water(coolant) spraying out of the top left of the radiator. And idea what my next step should be? Haven't had the opportunity to look her over as she is stuck at work. Reluctant to ride home in fear of damaging something.

Thanks.

Definitely a hole in the radiator? Could be a split on the lhs hose.

Top left when your sat on the bike is probably a leak, top right of you were facing the front of the bike could be from the radiator cap.

You need to wait till your bike cools down, top-up.the expansion bottle and the radiator and run your bike back up to temperature with your side panels removed. This will give you a clear indication of where the leak is coming from.

If you're close to me I'll come down and check it out for you

It was definitely top left when sitting on the bike.

Where abouts are you. I'm based in Bromley (south London).

Probably a rad leak then, possible to get them plugged, if it's bad or all the aluminium is really corroded then it's new rad time, if it's the body of the rad you might be able to get it filled or welded by a damn good welder.

I'm in nuneaton in the Midlands, I can come to you but would need petrol covering and that's about £35, so use me as a last resort.
