Oil leak from the hole just below gear shift/shaft?

Have a slight oil leak and it looks as tho its coming from the hole just beside/below the gear output shaft, anyone else had this or should ther be a bolt in it, it looks like thers threads in it. hopefully ive attached a pic of where i think the oil is comin from.

That hole does not go into an oil cavity..................more likely the oil leak is coming from the gear shaft oil seal

i didnt think it was but you can see the oil just sittin in it, the seal looks ok and around it is dry

Clean the entire area and get it dried off...................start the engine warm it up and watch closely.
