Looks like the rubber rocker cover gasket is gone, you could try some liquid gasket on top see if that seals it or get on the phone to Cradley's

Not that difficult, personally I would just replace the rocker cover gasket. Cradley's Kwak is your place for that. No idea of a price.
easy enough job to do yourself. Need to lift the tank and airbox. Then just remove the 4 rocker cover retaining bolts (Carefull not to loose the rubber gromets). Lift the old gasket and seat the new one, easy

Have a good look at the old gasket first to make sure it's not something else though before you buy something you don't need

Good luck

What miles says....................

However can I ask how did you manage to top up your oil and not notice that you had over filled it ?

umm well basicaly, when i bought the bike, it was on the side stand, looking at the little window there was no oil so i thought well i gotta put some oil in (while it was on the side stand)! :pmsl i knw its stupid but yea thats what happened until my brother went on the bike and i looked at the window and the oil was covering the whole window biggrin so i had to drain abit out. i didnt ride the bike i just started it for like 5 mins for that 5 days cos i didnt have my licence back then. but learn from mistakes thats what they all say isnt it :D cheers

got the same issue with mine (not overfill, rocker cover gasket) cover comnes off with 4 bolts, make sure you dry out the 2 mating surfaces, slap the new gasket on and job done. If you like you could put a very small bead of silicone on the face of the cover and head but shouldnt be necessary and could damage the gasket if you ever remove the cover again (which you will need to for shims etc.) meaning you'll need to replace it again, they can usually be re-used if not
