Hi

Have a bit loud "rattel" sound at low rpms --> 2 - 4000rpms. (like when you have it in a to high gear and it kindof struggels ) . ive just replaced the cam chain and done the valves .the chain tansioner seemd fine.
can this be the guides for the cam chain? i did the job white the engine in the frame so i dindt get to check them out.
Just talk to my lockal garage so im going to get a dyno and fine adjustments in the beginning of august . so i want my bike to be in the best shape so it dont blow out.. :P
the bike got 40 000 km at the guage.. so mayby time for a head gasket, but it seems fine. :P

Check the water and oil filler cap for signs of cross contamination (ie oil in water / water in oil) which will happen if your head-gasket blows.

You didn't replace the tensioner.. this could be your problem.

As already been said the clutches can be noisy, pull the clutch in with it running and see what it sounds like... balancing your carbs will make low rpm rattles go away if there nothing serious :)
