Hi all been a ling time since been on here. I did a track day last year on my zxr400 l3 i had issues before we went and had carbs balanced and cleaned the jets when i went out i would rev quite hard once warmed up and when revved hard after a few seconds the engine then struggles and cuts out. When left to stand it would then start again? I have changed the fuel cap to a h model fuel cap and was thinking could this be the issue? As the l model is gravity fed and but not sure about the h model any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thabks guys. Ben

Hi double-b. Check out the thread in "fuel system" under the topic of fuel pump. It may assist slightly regarding the gravity feed or as it may be, no gravity feed.
