Hi to remove the piece with all the timing marks on at the crank do I just use a 19mm spanner and a Alan key? I just can't seem to get it undone! Or am I missing something really obvious?
Thanks Matt

Re: Cam chain help
thats correct, spanner on the 19mm nut, then 6mm allen the centre bolt.
on one of my bikes there was little resistance, on the other i had to get out my 2' extension bar and get my weight behind it whilst also holding the spanner...it was really on there!
if you have an airgun you can also use that - thats what i now use.
