I hear people are having trouble with the standard head gaskets after 20000.....
How about stripping the black off the gasket and using 3 Bond or Yammalube...............anyone??

...or just replace it, kawasaki head gasket is £20 delivered with zxr400 world club discount...

its a 15,000rpm motor...the gaskets dont last forever.
