head gasket gone on mi 400l

Any body know where i can get a manual head gasket gone on my baby i know what i doin just need tecnical data ie sequence of bolts to torque first on head and also what nm settings cheers fellow zxr ers

Just go to the website and download them as pdf files or look on eBay they come up often enough.

The order to tighten the bolts is engraved in the cylinder head. Torque is 25nm I think. Losen the bolts in the opposite order starting with the outer ones. Be careful with the cam covers and lose the bolts step per step over cross.

However the linked manual has more detailed information so just give it a look...

Thanks dominik i know how to do it am very apt just needed torque settings but cheers for info

Yes 18ft lbs / 25nm. You undo in a criss cross spiral towards center and install from center outwards in two or 3 steps.. Don't forget the 6mm bolt inside timing hole.. And the oring seal in head at front right cam chain cover (2 hex bolts), it's the primary oil feed to the cams..
