Cam Rattle

Hi, need some reassurance. I've noticed an engine noise in the higher gears most audiable in top. It sounds like cam- chain rattle but I'm no expert.
Does anyone know why i only hear this in the top few gears? How expensive is it to get the tensioner replaced?

Any help appreciated.

120 quid ride in ride out for tensioner done. should hear all time tho if it is that

Sounds worth it but the puzzling thing it is you dont hear it in gears 1 - 3 creeps in 4 and 5 and you can definately hear it in top.
