help, clutch lever removal

Hiya replacing both my levers as they are scraped and a bit tired looking, the brake lever came off easy as pie but the clutch lever screw/bolt wont undo, the lock nut came off easily but I cant for the life of me get the screw undoing, saturated it in wd40 tried tapping the screwdriver with a hammer nothing really is working. I did drop it and the lever is bent slightly, Im wondering could it have bent the bolt ? anyone got any advice at all?

Have you tried pushing the bolt up and out from underneath?
