clutch basket nut

can anyone tell me if the nut is left or right hand thread as it doesnt say in the manual

Should you line up the notches out friction plates

For those that dont know the nut is standard fit ie right hand thread and 29mm socket

Would stilll like to know if the notches on the outside of the plates are meant to line up

aren't they supposed to line up apart from the last plate?

yes they do, but the plates i have also have some cut outs on the "tang" part of the plate as well (if that makes sense)

Where do you get the tooling to keep the basket itself still so you can remove it ? Any ideas ?
