So after much deliberation I have now made my decision an am going for a pair of ‘H’ rated Diablo’s

There is good news for all of you in the notts/derby area as after speaking to Mark at ‘MAX TYRES’ http://www.maxtyres.co.uk who is located in Langley Mill a pair of 120/60 160/60 ‘H’ rated Diablo’s with ride in ride out service is £150. So in the next week or so I will be heading up there for a new set of rubber.

Once they are fitted I will keep you posted with my comments on these.

I do a lot of miles on my 400 h1; and ive found that using a front MAXXIS SUPERMAXX 120/60ZR17, and a rear BRIDGESTONE 020 160/60ZR17.

The maxxis was £90 and the bridgestone was £110.

The front lasted 8000 miles and only went becoz the wheel berings died.
The rear did 4000 and then got burnt out outside a police station along with 10 0ther of my mates IT WAS FUN.

And just becoz they are touring tyres dont worry i can still throw the bike into the bends, i dont do none of this knee down biz, dont need to when you can drag ur toes, faring and even ur end can with no worrys.
