If it's a timely clicking sound when the wheel rotates then it'll be a warped disk. I've had that on my VFR and when I pull the brake in it goes. After a while it'll start pulsing. If it does this then replace the disk.

Have you checked the correct torque on the bolts connecting the disk to the wheel? They are floating disks so shouldn't matter too much on the torque but best to check to eliminate the problem.

If its rattling then I haven't got a clue!

Yea rob you might be right, well i think so. its not pulsing when i pull the brake and the brakes work fine, ill have to poke around with a screwdriver the weekend and see what i can see, went out last night an my god how well do these bikes handle when the tires warm up, iv been riding a couple of weeks properly an i got my toes down (althoe it was an accident) and now my boots look worn in lol.

lol, good one mate, can never scrape enough on the floor!

Check the silver coloured plates on top of the calipers, check they are nice n tight and push on the top of the pads, they stop them rattling.
