Hi guys ,
I leave a long time, but now i buy a new ZXR 400 to use as my track bike.
I buy this slick Dunlop tyres.
120x70 frond
165x55 rear.
The problem is that the rear tyre is for 5.5 wheel rim.
Is a problem to use to our stock 4.5 rim?
Can i use a diferend rim from anyother ZX series bike.
Thanks
Andreas
Greece.

They told me to use from an ZX6R 1995-1997 rear 5 rim.
But i dont know the mod to do that.
In AMS Kawasaki i ask help from Brian and told me that can made one for me.
I run now a Michelin Slick 160x62 profile.
It is OK.
But i cant find any more this profile, Michelin now has the 160x63 and is for 5-5.25 rim.
Compare to our 4.5 rim is big difference.
For the info, slick tires are ultimate in grip and steering.
Here in Greece at Megara cicruit in CSS school Level 1.
