Final drive - Endless chain

Hey there guys and girls, I was wondering if there was an easier option to taking the swing arm of to fit a endless chain? I bought a new chain and well endless it seems to have been ahaha. Many thanks everyone

Could take a link out and replace it with a rivet link instead

Taking thw swing arm off at least gives you a chance to grease up the bearings etc bit or preventative maintenance
