Cush Drive Rubbers
probably not the right place but heres a quicky. changing the tyre on me bike and the cush drive rubbers, and where they sit , have shed loads of grease in/on them. i thought that area was supposed to be clean and oil/grease free. am i right or not. theres a fair bit in there.

Re: Cush Drive Rubbers
i take you mean the recess where the cush drive sits? no need for any grease in there? maybe they were new rubbers and the previous owner greased em to put them in?
Don't forget people there is more to the zxr400 than this forum... check out www.zxrworld.co.uk also.

Re: Cush Drive Rubbers
i used grease on mine to get them in as well as the sprocket carrier after the wheel was powdercoated. really tight fit which is kind of funny cos i needed new ones before the wheel was coated.
