The best way to remove any circlip is to use circlip pliers...................also prefect for replacing circlips......If I remember rightly Draper do a nice pair with interchangable tips for reaching akward ones....................

nice old thread here! few questions...

any one know what bore/stroke the zxr400 master cylinder is, and also what the zx7r master cylinder is? I need a bigger capacity mc to shift more fluid on a twin disc conversion on another bike. I was thinking the zx7r one might be biggest since it runs 6 pot caliper doesn't it? Thoughts?
I do 700 miles a week in all weathers including snow, that's roughly 35,000 miles a year, and some weekend warrior biker has the nerve to get out of his Audi at work to tell me to I was riding far too fast in the wet (over taking at 50... fast eh?).
